Payment is made after the specialist starts working. Our compensation depends on the position level. We offer discounts to our regular clients. In cases of Short-List and Long-List of Suitable Candidates you pay after receiving the list of candidates.

The warranty period is 3 months. This means that if, for valid reasons, the specialist we have selected does not meet expectations within the first 3 months, we will promptly provide a free replacement.
