A structured, efficient approach ensures successful candidate placement while maintaining clear communication at every stage. Here’s what to expect:

  1. Introduction Discussing your needs and establishing partnership terms.
  2. Clarification of Specialist Requirements and Work Conditions: Filling out a specialist recruitment application and signing the contract.
  3. Creating a Chat: Create a chat between our consultant and your specialists in any messenger for quick information exchange.
  4. Candidate Resumes and Feedback: Presenting suitable candidates after interviewing along with feedback.
  5. Your Feedback: You provide responses on the presented candidates within 2 days of receiving resumes. Promptness from your side is crucial, as the IT market is highly competitive.
  6. Interview Organization: We organize interviews between you and the selected candidates.
  7. Job Offer: After you choose a suitable candidate and offer them the job, we remain in touch with the candidate to clarify any remaining questions.
  8. Invoicing: After the candidate starts working, we send you an invoice.
  9. Probationary Period Support: Our consultant maintains communication with the candidate during the probationary period to monitor the adaptation process.

Quality Guarantee: A 3-month warranty period includes free replacement if the placed candidate doesn’t meet expectations for valid reasons. If needed, the process resumes from step 4.

Price #

Our Fee Depends on the Seniority Level of the Position: Junior, Middle, Senior.

The fee for the placement of an IT specialist is calculated as a percentage of the annual salary. To determine the amount, we use the average salary for similar positions in the target region. This figure is outlined in the contract. Payment is due only after the new employee starts working. No prepayment is required.

Also note:

  • Volume Discounts: We offer volume discounts for clients with multiple open positions.
  • Specialized Roles: For highly specialized or difficult-to-fill roles, additional fees may apply.
  • Warranty Period: We provide a 3-month warranty on all placements. If, for valid reasons, the specialist we have selected does not meet your expectations within this period, we will provide a free replacement.
